At Righteous Movements, our Trainers and Instructors are held to the highest standard. Beyond being Certified Personal Trainers, and Fitness Instructors each trainer dedicates themselves to studying at least 1 extra course per year related to Exercise Science, Biomechanics, Functional Training, Nutrition, Mental Health and much more!

Righteous Movements Trainers don’t just preach the virtues of health and wellness, we live them each and everyday. We would never prescribe for our clients something we haven’t done ourselves. A trainer should never recommend a client eat healthy if they don’t eat and drink healthy themselves. We also understand the true concept of work-life-balance. We learn from our experiences and pass along the knowledge we receive from those events.
