12 Muscle-Building/HIIT Training Workouts

The 8-week program is broken down into two 4-week segments, 6 days a week of training.

The workouts are designed for “progressive overload,” which means you’ll be tracking and increasing your weights as you get stronger and as the weeks progress, with the goal of adding more muscle, while maintaining lean muscle mass.

In addition to the 8 weeks’ worth of programming, you’ll have access to 10 additional 5-minute post-workout “finishers” if you have a little fuel left in your tank and want to work until failure, where you want to just drip in sweat, become breathless and increase your cardio. These “finishers” can be added to any workout as an option.

Form Demo Videos for Each Daily Workout

Each individual workout comes with a short, detailed demonstration video, breaking down each exercise for that day, including form cues and modifications and alternatives if you are new to a movement, or have compromised joints and alternative

This program is both gym and home based. Please be advised that this program does require at least a set of moderate weight dumbbells (10-25 lbs) and a heavy set of dumbbells (25 – 45 lbs) for effectiveness. If you have two sets, even better. But if you only have one, you can definitely still get results.

The videos are very simple and clear, showing a few repetitions of each exercise so you can get a good idea of form and cues

Suggested Calendar to Follow

This program requires a 6-day per week commitment, and is a body change program, meaning you’re going to be overloading the muscles and forcing them to respond, hence building additional muscle.

Included is a suggested weekly calendar for weeks 1-4 and 5-8.

Please be advised that if you cannot do all 6 days, that’s okay!. You will be able to adjust based on your unique schedule and make the program work for you. BUT, if you aren’t able to commit to at least 4 days a week, I wouldn’t invest in this program.

ANother option is to complete the 8-week program once, and then again for a 2nd round.
